VSign is a medical mobile app that runs on personal mobile devices such as iPhone, Android, BlackBerry and tablets. It uses either the cellular or Wi-Fi networks on mobile devices. VSign also works on internet browsers for fixed computers (Chrome, Safari, Edge)
Displays clinical information such labs, vitals, medications, microbilogy and Rx images of hospitalized patients. It offers a secure messaging plateform for one-to-one messaging or dynamic group messaging. The Flow module can be used to document clinical information including images, picture overlay (writing via a tablet). Facilitates the creation of clinical teams and the production of follow-ups and handoffs documents
VSign is used by physicians, nurses, pharmacists, therapists and other healthcare professionals. VSign is currently implemented in Montreal's two University Health Centres : MUHC and CHUM
Error Messages, what they mean and what to do
Your ID and/or image password sequence does not correspond to the user's VSign account. You should double check your login name. When your login name is correct, your registered images will be diplayed randomlly in the set of images
Your login name is not recognized by OACIS. Ask OACIS help desk to give you your correct login id. Try login in with this user name and if this does not work, contact us so we can change your VSign Account. Your VSign Login name must be identical to your OACIS id
Log in again. There is a time limit of inactivity on the application
Input your login name and choose 2 images to register your phone
You are trying to register a device, but your account is not in pending registration mode. Contact us: vsignsupport@vsign.ca or use the User Tools to reinitialize your account
Your account is deactivated; too many trials of login in without the correct picture password sequence. Contact us: vsignsupport@vsign.ca or use the User Tools to reinitialize your account
WiFi issues
At the login page, on the left menu, tap on "Hospital WiFi" and install the WiFi configuration on your Apple device
WiFi is configured automatically on Android device older than version 10 when the user runs VSign for the first time - please contact your local HelpDesk to configure a newer Android device
The Hospital WiFi configuration can only be installed by IT personnel from the hospital, Please contact your local HelpDesk

Download another copy from Apple store, google play or blackberry world. You might need to re-initialise your account
